Body Course
BODY
Build a Stronger Relationship With Your Body
Your body supports you through every part of your life. How you rest, move, nourish yourself, and respond to your energy can influence how you feel and show up each day.
Body is a personal development program designed to help you become more aware of your physical habits and create a more intentional approach to caring for yourself.
Building on the work you completed in Foundations, you’ll explore the routines and choices that affect your rest, movement, nourishment, and energy. You’ll identify what is supporting you, what may need attention, and which changes are meaningful and sustainable for your life.
This program is about developing a relationship with your body through awareness, respect, and consistent action.
What you’ll explore
-
Body awareness: Pay attention to your energy, physical needs, and the habits that shape your days.
-
Sleep and recovery: Reflect on your rest and create routines that support recovery.
-
Movement: Explore ways to move your body that fit your abilities, interests, and goals.
-
Nourishment: Become more intentional about the habits that support how you fuel your body.
-
Energy and daily rhythms: Notice patterns in your energy and how your routines may affect them.
-
Consistency: Create realistic commitments you can practice and adjust as your life changes.
What Body can help you develop
Body is designed to help you better understand your physical habits, make thoughtful choices, and build routines that support your well-being. Rather than trying to change everything at once, you’ll focus on practices you can carry into everyday life.
As you follow through on the commitments you make to yourself, you can strengthen the connection between how you care for your body and how you want to live.
Begin with Foundations
Completion of The Human Framework Studio’s Foundations program is required before beginning Body.
Foundations helps you develop awareness, make intentional choices, and practice keeping commitments to yourself. Body builds on those skills and applies them to your physical routines and well-being.
If you haven’t completed Foundations yet, that’s where your journey begins.
Your body is part of the framework. How you care for it matters.
